  • Athlete 1: 3RM Overhead Squat
  • Athlete 2: 5RM Front Squat
  • Athlete 3: 7RM Back Squat

Our athletes’ programming generally includes 10’s, 8’s, 5’s, 3’s, 2’s and 1’s for various squats. And yes, our athletes squat everyday, directly or indirectly or both. I’m sure they’re just licking their chops with this workout!!
