In teams of 2… complete the following.

100 Burpees vs. KB Overhead Hold (pair)

100 BB Ground to OH vs. Hang from Pull-Up Bar

100 Ring Rows vs. Push Up Plank

Partners can breakup the reps however they’d like. However, reps only count when the other partner is doing the mobility/stability hold while “resting”
