Today’s Partner Metcon can also be done individually, just cut everything in half including the time… Unless you’re feeling crazy, you can do the whole thing. If you can’t complete an interval, just move onto the next movement anyway.

With a continuously running clock and 1 partner working at a time (excluding the run), rest with remaining interval, divide reps however you’d like.

If you’re rolling solo the time intervals are every 5 minutes
