A fundamental understanding of exercise and nutrition is the cornerstone of healthy living.
Undisputed’s Fundamentals Program is now part of our regularly scheduled Group Fitness, Cross-Training class times. We have revamped our programming to encompass all of the varying skill levels, which includes beginners or those who would have traditionally began in our standalone fundamentals program.
One of the of the many things that sets Undisputed apart from our competitors is our ability to customize any workout to the suit your individual needs and fitness goals. This includes the movements, intensity, amount of work or volume, etc.
New fundamentals members can begin on any Monday of the month at any of our scheduled class times. However, if you feel you’d like to have a personal coach for these classes or one-on-one training, we have that available for you too. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
