How are you doing with your fitness resolution? Statistics say 90% of people who make resolutions give up on it before the end of the month – so I ask the question, “Have you given up on your fitness resolution?” Too often do I see people get stuck in the rut of accepting outcomes before even knowing what the outcome is. I once heard someone say, “If you don’t like the answer, then ask a brand new question, one with better quality.”

Rather than accepting the answer of failure, perhaps ask yourself, “What can I do to succeed?” Asking this question activates your focus, which should be your quest to making fitness a lifelong commitment. Additionally, it not only allows you to line yourself up with your goals, but it allows you to devise a plan to reach that goal.
